Purpose of processing
We process information to provide the requested automation service, respond to enquiries, manage early access/payment support, maintain security and improve the reliability of the service.
Uploaded documents
For services such as PDF Bank Statement to Clean Excel, uploaded bank PDF statements and generated Excel files are intended to be processed temporarily for conversion and deleted automatically after download or after a short period. Transaction details, account numbers and statement contents should not be stored permanently in conversion logs.
Legal basis
Depending on the context, processing may be based on the need to perform a requested service, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required.
Sharing and processors
We may use service providers such as Render for hosting, GitHub for code hosting, Stripe for payments and email providers for communication. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

We aim to keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was processed. Temporary uploaded files should be deleted after processing/download or after a short automatic deletion period. Payment and accounting records may need to be retained for legal, accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
Under applicable Irish/EU/UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to complain to a supervisory authority such as the Irish Data Protection Commission or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, depending on your location.
Security
We use HTTPS and service-provider security features. You should only upload documents required for the service and review any generated output carefully before relying on it.
