Terms of Use
Draft terms for private testing and early access.
Last updated: Draft for private testing.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to AccountsAutomation.ie and related online tools operated by Tally Accounting Limited. By using the website or services, you agree to use them responsibly and only for lawful business/accounting purposes.
2. Services
We provide online automation tools, including PDF bank statement conversion and supplier reconciliation support. Services may be in private testing or early access and may change as development continues.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any document or data you provide. You must check all outputs before relying on them for accounting, tax, financial reporting or business decisions.
4. OCR and accuracy warning
Some PDFs, especially scanned/image-based PDFs, may require OCR. OCR can misread text or numbers. Warnings may be included in the output and must be reviewed. The tools are designed to assist review and automation, not to replace professional judgement.
5. Payments and access
Early access payments may be made through Stripe. For the PDF Bank Statement to Clean Excel service, the current early access pack is €9.99 for up to 10 PDF statement pages. Access codes may be issued manually after payment during the testing stage. Additional pages may require additional purchase or contact with us.
6. Refunds
Because this is early access software, please test with suitable files and contact us if there is a problem. Refund requests will be reviewed case by case, especially where the service could not process a supported file type. Payment processing fees may not always be refundable.
7. No financial, tax or legal advice
The services provide data conversion and automation support only. They do not provide financial, tax, legal, audit or investment advice.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting, payment providers and other third-party services may affect availability.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from unreviewed outputs, incorrect uploaded files, OCR errors, unsupported statement formats or misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Contact
